1. Services
Heart Oasis Counselling provides online wellness counselling and spiritual guidance sessions via Google Meet or WhatsApp video. Sessions are for personal development and emotional support and are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment.
 

2. Bookings & Payments
Sessions are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule; late cancellations or missed sessions will be charged in full.
 

3. Confidentiality
All sessions are private and confidential. However, confidentiality may be lawfully breached if there is risk of harm to self or others, or when disclosure is required by law.
 

4. Scope of Practice
Heart Oasis Counselling is not registered with the HPCSA, and services are not medical-aid claimable. Clients requiring clinical intervention will be referred to an appropriate professional.
 

5. Online Sessions
All services are currently offered online only. You are responsible for ensuring a quiet, private, and stable internet connection for the session.
 

6. Liability
By booking a session, you acknowledge that you participate voluntarily and take full responsibility for your emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing during and after the session.
